Local Pickup Option
- In addition to nationwide shipping, we offer local pickup directly from our U.S.-based warehouse. This is a convenient and cost-effective choice if you or your carrier can collect the order in person. No shipping or freight fees apply for pickup orders.
- Please select the “Local Pickup” option during checkout (if available in your area) or contact us in advance to schedule a pickup time.
- Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Warehouse address and exact pickup instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our wholesale business, including full pallet shipments, bulk orders, and freight delivery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect quantity estimates, or any other buyer-initiated reasons.
Exceptions may apply only in the following limited cases:
- The shipment arrives materially damaged during transit (visible damage to packaging/pallets that affects product usability) — claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and description.
- The received products do not match the ordered items or specifications due to our error (wrong SKU, incorrect quantity beyond minor discrepancies, etc.) — notification required within 7 calendar days of receipt.
To submit a claim under these exceptions, please contact our support team immediately with your order number, photos of the issue, and delivery documentation. We will review each case individually.
Shipping costs, freight fees, and any third-party charges are non-refundable in all circumstances.
We recommend inspecting all shipments upon arrival and documenting any issues right away with your carrier (for potential freight claims). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
